Food Sensitivities 101:

A manual for understanding how food affects your health


If you are here it is probably because either you know (or have a suspicion) that food is at the root of some of your health problems. Maybe you know that you have food allergies and yet suspect a sensitivity or intolerance as well. Or, perhaps you have been dealing with a long-standing health issue such as eczema, migraines or digestive problems that you just can’t seem to get relief from. Either way, you are in the right place.

My hope in writing Food Sensitivities 101 is to outline how food sensitivities can contribute to your health issues, how to know the difference between an allergy, a sensitivity and an intolerance, how to figure out what is going on in your body and, of course, what to do about it. I have done my best to keep it simple, like an introductory “101” course, so that we cover all of the basics and answer some of the most common questions. At the end of the book I have provided you with a checklist of steps you can take starting today to get to the bottom of how certain foods could be affecting you. Once you have completed the list you will have a better understanding of your body and your ideal nutrition, which will help you live your healthiest life.
